Race is open for all DH riders in following categories:
Elite Men (ELM)         19 years and over (categories: Elite, U-23) - UCI C2 (17+)
Elite Women (ELŽ)   17 years and over (categories: Elite, U-23, Junior) - UCI C2 (17+)
Junior M (JM)            13-19 years (categories: Junior, Cadet, Beginner A (U-15))
Master M (MM)          30 years and over (categories: Master A,B,C )
Hobby-Tourist           categories: Sport, Hobby-Tourist,
                                one-day licenced (min 16 years.)

Registration:
Until May 12th 2011 (thursday) by 12:00 am

Obligatory registration form data:
- Name and surname, club, date of birth, street adress, phone nr., uci cod, licence nr.,
e-mail adress, category
- Ticket for free practice on friday (yes/no) – fee 75kn/10€

Start fee:
For competitors registered untill May 12th 2011 (thursday) by 12:00 am in all categories: 200 kn (30 €)

Cancel of registration:
Participation in the race can be cancelled untill May 13th 2011 (friday) by 12:00 am.
Each club has to settle start fee for competitors that didn't cancel their registration on time or the whole team will be disqualifiyed from the race. Only way to be escused from paying this fee is with proper medical documentation.

Late entery:
Late entry is possible only on May 14th 2011 (saturday) between 8:30 am and 10:30 am on info desk in hikking house ''Omanovac''. Late entry fee is 50% higher than normal: 300 kn (50 €)

One-day licence:
Competitors without licence can participate under following condition: One-day licence fee must be payed to organizers account latest untill May 11th 2011 (wednesday) by 12.00 pm in amount of 50,00kn (7€). Account nr. 2340009-1110197100 (insurance + tax). Copy of payment certificate must be sent to fax nr. +385 (0)34/411-470 or via e-mail (info@bk-titan.hr). Organizer will make one-day licence with Croatian cycling federation (CCF). Please write down your name and surname in payment description.

All competitors have following benefits in start fee:
Medical help, tehnical assistance, showers, bike washing, lunch (sunday).

Transportation:
Transportation for all competitors is organized during official training, qualifying and finals with vans and it's included in start fee. Transport time gap is about 15 min from finish line to start (aproximately 100 competitors per hour).
Transportation on free practice is also possible (friday). Fee is 75kn (10 € ) per person, with early announcement (in registration form). Latest untill May 12th 2011 (thursday) by 12:00 am.

Timing:
Timing and data management will be carried out by certified company in accordance with CCF regulations.

Prize money:
Total prize money is 8600kn. Prize money is modulated according to CCF regulations.

General regulations:
Race is organized and will be carried out according to CCF MTB tehnical regulation, additional regulation for DH events and general regulations of UCI. With participation in race, qualifying and afficial practice all competitors accept these regulations and drive at their own risk. Organizer bears no responsibility for actions of competitors towards third parties . Race will be carried out regardless of weather conditions.
Participants under 18 years of age are obliged to present Parents approval with club president and parent signature. Information about contact (adress, phone nr., cell-phone nr.) must be provided for verification. All participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (club or family member) which is responsible for them.

Complations:
According to regulations, all complaints must be submitted to race main judge, with fee of 100 Kn or 15 €. Complaints for actions during the race – latest 15 minutes after crossing finish line. Complaints for race results – latest 15 minutes after organizer announces the results.

Additional information:
Organizer is obligated to ensure normal conditions on course during official training, qualifying and finals. Right of participating has every competitor who has tehnicaly valid MTB bike, wears a helmet (''fullface'') and back protect and accepts our conditions about exemption of responsibility. Registration done by third party has no legal status. Every participant has to have insurance policy for accidents or for damage done to or by third parties!
